We're a Community!
Since 1995, CitiWide has served over 10,000 participants. Syringe exchange, outreach, and supportive services draw participants to our busy South Bronx drop-in center, where the tools of participant transformation abound: everything from a shower, a meal and a place to take a nap, to an easy connection to health care, mental health services, drug recovery, and stable housing. We currently serve 2,876 actively enrolled participants, including 752 people living with HIV/AIDS and close to 2,000 syringe exchange participants.
CitiWide Harm Reduction is an authorized New York State Syringe Exchange Program. All staff are trained in CPR and opioid overdose prevention. All services are offered in Spanish and English. |
